Using Cervy

Terms of use

Updated October 17, 2026

Cervy is a personal household organizer operated by the administrator of your private installation. These terms describe the intended use of Cervy and its optional Google connections. This public website provides information; it does not offer a public account-registration service.

Authorized household use

Use the installation only with the household administrator’s permission. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. An authorized adult manages Google consent and household sharing. Review the selected sources and sharing settings before importing information that other household members may see.

Review source information

Cervy helps organize information, but extracted dates, tasks, summaries, and reminders can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the original source before relying on an important deadline or making a consequential decision. The installation’s output does not replace the original email, calendar, or official notice.

Connected services and availability

Gmail and Google Calendar connections are optional and read-only. They depend on Google authorization, network availability, and the household host. Connections can expire or be revoked; synchronization and reminders may be delayed. The household administrator manages access, updates, backups, and operation of the installation.

Privacy and stopping access

The privacy policy explains connected data, local storage, household sharing, and retention. You can withdraw Google access in your Google Account connections. Ask the household administrator for help disabling synchronization or deleting information already imported.

Responsible use

Respect the privacy of people whose information appears in connected sources. Do not use Cervy to gain unauthorized access, distribute private records without permission, or interfere with another user’s accounts or installation.

Contact and updates

Contact the household administrator who provided your access for support or questions. These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the application; the date above identifies the current version.
